By accessing and using Career Focus Central's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services Description
Career Focus Central provides professional career coaching services, including but not limited to:
- One-on-one career coaching sessions
- Resume and LinkedIn profile optimization
- Interview preparation and coaching
- Career development planning
- Professional skills assessment
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use our services for lawful purposes only
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Career Focus Central
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
- Attend scheduled sessions as agreed upon
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Cancellation Policy
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and career discussions. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized success stories for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Career Focus Central provides advisory services only. We cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary increases. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies provided by Career Focus Central remain our intellectual property and may not be redistributed without written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Career Focus Central reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
